Our giving Tree Program begins this weekend.Tags for our Giving Tree are on a table in the church near the confessional.
- There are several types of tags so be sure to take the instruction sheet that tells you whether to wrap, don’t wrap, or mail your gift. Any questions, please call the parish office at 508-885-3111.
- Return gifts to the church by Sunday, December 14th no later than 12 noon. This is the same day the gifts are distributed to the families.
This outreach program helps families in our Community, Seminarians of the Worcester Diocese, and assists the efforts of the Urban Missionaries of Our Lady of Hope on Canterbury St. in Worcester.

"…Since 1969, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) has addressed poverty by attacking its causes and funding community projects that promote independence as a means of finding a permanent end to poverty. That’s why the CCHD theme is “Help Those on the Margins.” This collection is the primary source of funding for local and national anti-poverty grants and education programs.
As in recent years, seventy-five percent of the collection will stay here in our diocese.…"
Thank you Campaign for Human Development!
MQR recently applied for a grant from the Campaign for Human Development, and we’re happy to share that it was awarded to us! This grant will help our Family Wellness Ministry to assist community members who come to us seeking financial assistance. To support the Family Wellness Ministry, please consider making a donation to St. Vincent de Paul or the Family Wellness Fund.

Christmas Faire Notes…
Help Make Our Christmas Faire a Success! We will accept donations for our upcoming Christmas Faire from November 8-23. Please bring gently used Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Décor, and Themed Raffle Baskets to help make this year’s event festive and fun. Donations can be dropped off in the parish hall—just look for the table marked “Christmas Faire.”
We also need donations of Gift Cards & Lottery Tickets for our Raffle Trees! Donation boxes will be available at the church doors after weekend Masses from Nov. 8-29 and will be checked after each Mass. You may also drop off these items at the parish office during regular hours. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Would you like a table at the Faire? Vendor applications for the Christmas Faire are available on our parish website, the church entrances and at the office.
