It’s time to start thinking about our Thanksgiving Community Dinner & get our helpers lined up! There are many ways to help! Volunteers are needed to prep & cook food, bake pies, set up the hall, serve, cleanup, package meals and deliver meals. Call Michele at 508-885-3111 x 103 and let us know how you will help this year.
Christmas Faire Notes…
Help Make Our Christmas Faire a Success! We will accept donations for our upcoming Christmas Faire from November 8-23. Please bring gently used Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Décor, and Themed Raffle Baskets to help make this year’s event festive and fun. Donations can be dropped off in the parish hall—just look for the table marked “Christmas Faire.”
We also need donations of Gift Cards & Lottery Tickets for our Raffle Trees! Donation boxes will be available at the church doors after weekend Masses from Nov. 8-29 and will be checked after each Mass. You may also drop off these items at the parish office during regular hours. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Would you like a table at the Faire? Vendor applications for the Christmas Faire are available on our parish website, the church entrances and at the office.

This Week at a Glance — October 18-26

November Calendar Raffle
Proceeds from this Raffle will go toward upgrading the lighting in the sanctuary to give proper accent to our beautiful altars. Get your entries into the parish office. The first drawing is November 1st!
Food Pantry Notes
- Food Pantry needs: Cream of mushroom soup and French fried onions
- The Food Pantry is open on Thursday each week and is serving clients living in Spencer & East Brookfield from 10am–12pm. Please remain in your vehicle as clients are served outside.
Upcoming Events At a Glance
- November 12 (Wednesday), 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Monthly Meal
Menu: Baked chicken, rice pilaf vegegable, dessert, and a beverage
No reservations needed. A free-will donation helps support this ministry.
- November 15 (Saturday), Fall Cemetary Cleanup, Community Service Day, 9 am - 2 pm
Volunteer your time to help spruce up our beautiful cemetery ! Come for the day or just a few hours. Lunch and beverages will be provided. Bring rakes, leaf blowers & work gloves. This is a great opportunity to fill community service time for Jr./High School students.
- November 15 (Saturday), 9:30 am - 1:00 pm, St Anne Parish, Shrewsbury: Fall Mini-Retreat for Women
The Commission for Women of the Diocese of Worcester will be having a Mini-Retreat for Women with Kitty Cleveland on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Anne Parish, Shrewsbury. Kitty is a singer/songwriter, inspirational speaker, and artist from New Orleans. Kitty leads hundreds of people in praying the Rosary each weekday morning.
